Chaplaincy


The University Chaplains are available to discuss with students any matters related to faith, or to conduct services of worship and celebration. Together they represent a diversity of traditions within the Christian faith as well as a respect for other faith-traditions.

The following childcare facilities are available at Tāmaki Innovation Campus:

Just Kidz

Just Kidz is a privately owned facility located at the Tāmaki Innovation Campus with priority given to University staff and students. It caters for children aged 0 - 5.

Breastfeeding Room

A breastfeeding room is available at the Tāmaki Innovation Campus for students and staff. The key for the room is available from School of Population Health reception (Level 2, Building 730) or Campus Information (Level 3, Room 321, Building 721). A small portable fridge (mini-fridge) for storing milk can be borrowed and installed in workspace/office.

Justice of the Peace


The Glen Innes Citizens' Advice Bureau provides a Justice of the Peace service. No appointment is needed. Justices of the Peace are warranted by the Governor-General to:

  • Witness documents
  • Certify copies (bring the original with you)
  • Take declarations, affidavits and affirmations

A rest room and breastfeeding facility is available at the Tāmaki Innovation Campus for all students. The key for the room is available from School of Populaton Health reception (Level 2, Building 730) or Campus Information (Level 3, Room 321, Building 721). A small portable fridge (mini-fridge) for storing milk can be borrowed by postgraduate students and installed in their workspace/office where there is a power point.

Student Learning Services (Tā te Ākonga)


Student Learning Services facilitates the development of effective academic learning and performance skills in students, and helps those who encounter difficulties in their studies.
